A HISTORY OF DEPARTMENT OF “ENGINEERING COMMUNICATIONS”

The specialty of «Water-supply and sewerage» and «Heat provision, gas supply and ventilation» was originally accepted in 1980 on the department of “Building constructions” (a head of department – dotsent T. Abdullaev, dotsent A. Ganiev). In this period on the same specialties U.Kholboev, N.Toshmatov K.T.Takaboev and others worked as specialist-teachers.

For the first time in 1985 on this specialties were graduated specialists. In 1983-1985 years the department was divided into two departments such as: “Architecture of industrial and civil construction” (dotsent A.Ganiev) and the department of “Building sciences” (was managed by A.Ikromov).

During 985-1988 years these specialties were taught on the base of the department: “Building machines” and “Common engineering sciences” (was managed by dotsent M.Soatov). In 1988-1991 years were prepared the specialists of the department “Building products” (who managed by dotsent A.Salimov) on the specialty of “Water-supply and sewerages”.

Since 1992 the department of “Water-supply and sewerage” (the department was managed by the head teacher K.Takabaev) and the department of “Heat techniques and hydraulics” (was managed by dotsent U.Kholboev).

In 1995 the departments were united and renamed as “Water-supply and heat techniques” (the department was managed by professor R.Eshankulov)

Since 1996 the departments were united and renamed as “Water-supply, gas supply and protection of environment”.

Since 2000 the departments was renamed as “Labor and protection of environment” and began to manage dotsent U.Kholboev.

In 2001 academic years under the department of “Labor and protection of environment” began acceptance the students on the specialties: “Construction engineering communication” and “Ecology and nature using”.
In 2012 the department won the state grant and the department was renamed as “Engineering communications”.

Professorial-teaching staff of the department in 2002 was chosen 5 million USA dollars to the theme: “Determination consequence of breaches of the natural whirlpool in Mirzachul region under influence of technogen objects and its influences upon the changing system of the rational use underground water resource”.

About 1200 former students, who training for the time of activity of the department, seminal work in different branch public facilities in region not only, in city and area, but also in republic and in some foreign country. In amount not less 30% of talented students from contingent were also called to occupation on subject, which functioning in the department. Work with the talented students was recommended to contest, nominated scholarship and was reached successes. For the last 3 years 3 winners participated in competition “Yurt kelajagi”. About 4 prize winners of the subjects of the Olympiads and other competitions.
At present 4 dotsents, 8 head teachers and 7 assistant teachers work at the department

The fields of bachelor course:

5340400- Construction and montage engineering communication (for types) – the direction of the formation in the field of sciences and technology comprises of itself designing, construction and montage and reconstruction industrial, civil and the other object, systems heat-and gas supply, ventilations, water-supply, sewerages, rational use air pool and water resource, as well as activity, methods, ways and methods of the person, connected with construction gas-oil pipeline, they cover the complex of the methods and facilities, directed on ensuring the efficient processes of their technical maintenance and repair.

Professional activity of bachelors includes:

– Designing, including computer aided design, method studies;
– Mastering and study worker processes in system and equipment engineering communication;

– The analysis, syntheses and optimization of the processes of the designing, provision quality of product and using the methods certification (in this offer international);
– Using the mathematical models in working process, passing in the system and equipment engineering communication;

– The development engineering calculation, algorithm and software of the engineering systems and equipment engineering communication;
– Computer technologies and programming;

– The determination and using of strategies of the technical maintenance, exchange and system repair and equipment engineering communication;
– Formation and designing to technical usage and principle;
– Engineering knowledge;
– Introduction mechanism of system approach;
– Program Software, information-communication technologies and engineering;
– The didactics of the vocational training;
– Pedagogic of vocational training and technologies of the diagnostics;
– The didactic facilities of the education;
– The Electronic facilities of the education;

SCIENTIFIC WORK WHICH CONDUCTED IN THE DEPARTMENT:

At present 4 assistant professors work in the department, 10 independent scientific researchers and 2 base doctors(PhD). Nowadays the scientific potential of the department – 26%. In 2016 talented student of the department Davlatov Khasan, in 2017 Davlatov Hasan, Ulugbekov Babur, in 2018 Kurbonbaev Bolibeki have occupied honorable places in Republican subject Olympiad.

12 talented students of the department, participated in the competition “Kelajhak ovozi”, “Yurt kelajagi”, have occupied the honorable places and were awarded honorable diplomas. In 2019 the graduators – Kurbanbaev B., Nematov D. entered to the master course on the specialty “Water-supply and sewerage”.

There 3 scientific circles work in the department. They are: “Clean water”, “Alternative energy” and “Heat provision”. In scientific circles about 32 gifted and talented students get acquainted with secret of the science on base of the target program of preparation. In the following 3 our gifted students Shukurov Samandar, Basimov Shohruh, Asuka Gakuin have entered to the University of the languages in Japan to the master course on the subjects: “Foreign investments and servicing”. During 2012 – 2019 years were prepared 216 scientific articles, 56 methodical instructions, 5 scholastic allowances by professorial-teaching staff. In 18 foreign scientific conferences participated with scientific article.

In 2019 there prepared by professorial-teaching staff, conductive scientific studies on theses on the base of the independent studies:

2. Sh. Musaev – “Increasing of energy efficiency of external wall of buildings to account of the improvement of the form, amount and sizes floor in small wall block”;

4. N.Aripov – “Increasing of cost-performance by using the hydraulic system in different branches of industry”;
5. Kh.Matniyazov – “Development of technologies of the low-grade concrete with use agricultural departure”;
6. U.M.Kutlimuradov – “Introduction of modern innovational technology in water cleaning buildings”;
7. S.R.Seydullaev – “Analysis energy spare under heating premises”;

8. M.Khodjimatova – “Increasing useful worker factor at the method of the gas lift (h) at the extraction of the liquids from bore holes”;
9. N.N.Alibekova – “Studing of the sewages, resulting from aqua cultural plant”;

10. M.Akhmedova – “Scientific-methodical motivation of modernizations of dusty-gas cleaning equipment of Jizzakh enterprises of corn products and estimations of the influence polluting material on surrounding ambience”

SCIENTIFIC-METHODICAL WORK, WHICH CONDUCTED IN THE DEPARTMENT:

All disciplines, which are taught in the department on the specialties of bachelor course, are provided with the textbooks of the new generation, scholastic allowance. It is prepared and introduced in the system Module whole information on all subjects. There are 9 laboratories on subjects, which are written methodical allowances in the department. Every teacher tries to use with the methodical allowances and distributing materials during laboratory work, which at the result of laboratory work students get the results as experiment.

In auditoriums of No: 010,110, 422,424 of the department are installed equipping the scholastic laboratory. There is created the branch of the department on the base of (GUP) “Suvokova” area. In the branch of the department there are 2 rooms, intended for undertaking laboratory occupation and practical occupation on the disciplines: “Pumps”,” Water-supply», «and Unset of the sewages »,« Mechanics of liquids and gas and hydraulics”. The members of the department N.Alibekova and R.Jamolova are responsible for the branch of the department.

In the department there is organized independent work students and is projected on the base of the direction “About order of the organizations, checking and estimations of the independent work student in Jizzakh Polytechnic institute” which confirmed by the Ministry of high and special secondary education.

The supply of methodical allowance and instructions on 32 subjects is about – 98%. In future there are taken measures to increase of the result to -100%.

The changes of the structures of the performing the term papers of students, translation of the account work on full computer and statement that were discussed on the meeting of the department and were taken the corresponding to decisions. The Majority of the drawings of the term papers of the student were prepared in the program of CorelDRAW and AutoCAD. All members of the department are the members of information-resource centre of the institute. They use with the fund of the library of the institute.
